POSITION TITLE: HR/Talent Manager

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-time (20 hours per week)

JOB LOCATION: Remote

EXPERIENCE: Entry-Mid Level

REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ardian’s HR/Talent Manager is the head of the Ardian Group’s human resources department. He/she works closely with upper management to implement beneficial HR programs across departments. He/she hosts onboarding and exit interviews for employees, investigates employee complaints and leads presentations regarding workplace ethics, teamwork and productivity. He/she may also conduct performance reviews across departments to work with employees to create performance improvement plans. He/she contribute to a company’s success by managing its employees, development and work culture, and they need several specific skills and qualifications to do this effectively:

  • Strong computer skills and experience with office management and communication software
  • Ability to understand statistical data and mathematical concepts and how to apply them to HR processes
  • Excellent leadership, training and developmental skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Expert in labor laws set by governing authorities and organizations
  • Ability to comprehend complex language, theories and methodologies
  • Time management and organizational skills

REQUIREMENTS:

We would like to meet you if you:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or other related field.
  • Have 2 or more years of experience in sales and marketing in a related field.
  • Understand the intricacies of sales process and know how to follow through and close sales consistently.

The HR/Talent Manager contributes to the Group’s success by managing its employees, development and work culture, and requires several specific skills and qualifications to do this effectively:
