Ardian’s HR/Talent Manager is the head of the Ardian Group’s human resources department. He/she works closely with upper management to implement beneficial HR programs across departments. He/she hosts onboarding and exit interviews for employees, investigates employee complaints and leads presentations regarding workplace ethics, teamwork and productivity. He/she may also conduct performance reviews across departments to work with employees to create performance improvement plans. He/she contribute to a company’s success by managing its employees, development and work culture, and they need several specific skills and qualifications to do this effectively:
● Strong computer skills and experience with office management and communication software
● Ability to understand statistical data and mathematical concepts and how to apply them to HR processes
● Excellent leadership, training and developmental skills
● Strong decision-making skills
● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
● Expert in labor laws set by governing authorities and organizations
● Ability to comprehend complex language, theories and methodologies
● Time management and organizational skills
