REPORTS TO: Sr. Director of Sales and Marketing

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Responsible for serving the needs of new and existing customers. Inbound/outbound lead generation and closing sales deals to create new customers. This individual will be tasked with finding leads, closing sales, support existing clients, formulate sales strategies, and communicate product value to clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creating detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas in an assigned territory.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.
  • Proactive lead generation to uncover new opportunities through outbound efforts and converting to customers.
  • Present product demos to prospective clients.
  • Provide after-sales support, through frequent contacts with customers in your assigned territory.
  • Assist Operations in customer service of existing book of business.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records in CRM.

SKILLS:

  • 2-4 years of proven and successful sales experience at managing resources and
  • complex, multi-dimensional sales efforts.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well independently, incorporate suggestions and to meet deadlines.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This is a full-time position that operates in a professional office setting M-F from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some travel is required domestically and/or internationally. Travel workdays will be longer than a standard 8-hour day. Depending on the assigned duties while traveling, standing for long periods of time will occur. Employee will be required to work on multiple projects while traveling and keeping lines of communication with clients/creative team through email as necessary. Occasional evening and weekend work may also be required as job duties demand to meet deadlines.
